Thank you for purchasing from CARRASCOSAMA LLC. We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 1-Year Limited Warranty on all eligible items sold through carrascosama.com. This policy explains what is covered, what is not covered, and how to make a warranty claim.


1. Warranty Coverage

Our 1-Year Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery. This applies to all products currently available in our store, including:

  • Mini Portable Projectors (including WiFi, Bluetooth, and 4K-supported models)
  • Portable Monitors (all sizes and models)

During the warranty period, if your product is found to be defective due to manufacturing or material issues, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost to you.


2. What is Covered

  • Internal electronic components that fail under normal usage conditions.
  • Display issues such as dead pixels or brightness failures (not caused by physical damage).
  • WiFi, Bluetooth, or connectivity malfunctions that are not user-induced.
  • Power supply defects and charging issues related to internal circuitry.

3. What is Not Covered

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or improper handling.
  • Physical damage, cracks, scratches, or water exposure.
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  • Issues resulting from third-party accessories or improper power sources.
  • Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic issues that do not affect functionality.

Note: This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages or any loss of data stored on the device.


4. Warranty Claim Process

  1. Email us at support@carrascosama.com with:
    • Your order number and proof of purchase.
    • A detailed description of the issue.
    • Photos or videos showing the problem (if applicable).
  2. Our support team will review your claim and provide instructions for returning the defective product.
  3. If approved, you may be required to return the product to our address:

  4. Once received and inspected, we will repair or replace your product. If an identical replacement is not available, we may offer an equivalent model or issue a refund at our discretion.

5. Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims

Customers are responsible for shipping the defective item to us. We cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to you.


6. Exclusions & Limitations

This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from carrascosama.com. It does not apply to purchases made through third-party sellers or unauthorized resellers.

This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
